All purchases shall be subject to these terms and conditions. A copy of these terms and conditions may be retained by using the print facility on your browser to obtain a print-out for personal reference when you order a product. VAT: This is charged on all products delivered in the EU to personal customers. If you are an EU VAT registered trade buyer no VAT will be charged by us, but you must account for VAT at the rate applicable in your own country. VAT is not charged on products delivered to destinations outside the EU. Customs Duty: If products are for delivery outside the EU customs duty will be calculated and added to your bill when you buy on-line. This means that neither you nor anyone else will have to pay duties on delivery (this is a great benefit when you are sending our products as gifts). Carriage: The cost of delivering the products you buy will be calculated on-line and be notified to you before you complete the purchase. Be assured our logistics are extremely competitive. Delivery Times: These vary according to the product. The delivery time for each product appears as part of the product details on the website.Product Details: We have taken care to present customers with clear and accurate images of the products we have for sale. The product descriptions are checked for accuracy. We want the products we deliver to match your expectations and for you to be so pleased you will return and buy from us again and again. Damaged Goods: All products are appropriately packed when leaving the manufacturer. If the products are damaged during carriage then we will replace them or offer you a refund. If the packaging looks damaged make a note of that on the delivery slip when you sign 'package damaged, goods not seen'. We will not charge you for the cost of returning them so long as the product is returned using our carrier’s account, details of which will accompany the delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected. Feedback: We are continuously trying to improve our service to you and the range of products we offer. If you wish to contact us in relation to this please do so either by telephone, fax or e-mail. We would be pleased to hear from you. If you have cause to complain about any aspect of our service then please telephone or e-mail giving your contact details and telling us what has happened. We will try to resolve the matter immediately and in any event reply to you within 3 days. If the matter requires investigating then we will contact you again within 14 days of the complaint and let you know how the matter is progressing.
