All purchases shall be subject to the terms and conditions stated below.

A copy of these terms and conditions may be retained by using the print facility on your browser to obtain a printout for personal reference when you order a product (Right-Click Print Frame).

GUARANTEES:

We guarantee that the goods we deliver to you will match the descriptions and quality represented on our website. If they do not, we will replace them or offer you a refund. We will not charge you for the cost of returning them so long as the product is returned using our carrier’s account, details of which will accompany the delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.

PAYMENT:

We accept payment by Cheque in GB£ pounds or Bank Transfer and all major credit cards. Payment by credit card will incur the minimum card fee.
All payments will be charged in GB£ pounds only. The precise USD$ amount will be determined by the specific exchange rate applicable on the actual date when payment is made by 'the client'. The prices displayed on our site in USD$ are provided as guidance only and for the convenience of 'the client' and may not reflect accurately the precise and current exchange rate at the time.

PAYMENT TERMS:

50% Deposit prior to order and 50% Balance prior collection and to delivery.

DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS:

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel your order and obtain a refund. You may do this by notifying us in writing at anytime after making the order and up to 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which you received the goods.

In each case quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the products which are subject to cancellation and not use them. Youmay send them back to us or we can arrange to collect them. We will make a charge for the cost of collecting the order. The right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations does not apply to goods, which are "made to order", made to your specification, or are personalised,  or by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:

All transactions carried out using this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be  subject to English laws and be solely within the jurisdiction of  English courts.

VAT:

This is charged on all products delivered in the EU to personal customers. If you are an EU VAT registered trade buyer no VAT will be charged by us, but you must account for VAT at the rate applicable in your own country. VAT is not charged on products delivered to destinations outside the EU.

CUSTOMS DUTY:

If products are for delivery outside the EU customs duty (‘local duties and taxes’) will be paid by the client. These charges will be advised to the client by the appointed shippers as part of the process of custom clearance of goods.

CARRIAGE:

Be assured our logistics are extremely competitive and that quotations are offered to the client at net cost price.

DELIVERY TIMES:

These vary according to the product and final destination of the goods. The production time for each product appears as part of the product details on the website.

PRODUCT DETAILS:

We have taken care to present customers with clear and accurate images of the products we have for sale. The product’s descriptions are checked for accuracy.

 

DAMAGED GOODS AND ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF PURCHASED GOODS:

All products are appropriately packed when leaving the manufacturer. If the products are damaged during carriage then we will replace them or offer you a refund with the exception of those cases where the conditions below have not been observed or met by the client.

Please note the following rules related to acceptance of delivery and claiming for damaged goods:

Due to the terms and conditions stipulated by insurers and shippers, to confirm that the following procedures must be observed and acted upon. Interior Internet Ltd can not be held responsible for damages to the consignment while in transit (if applicable) outside these conditions, as we need to follow all guidelines stipulated by the shipper's insurers.

The consignment must be checked for any damages to packaging and goods while in transit on arrival. All damages (if applicable) must be noted on the delivery note. This also applies to the content of the packages.

Further to the above, any damages to the consignment while in transit (if applicable) must be reported in writing to Interior Internet Ltd within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of consignment.

Please ensure that the quantity of packages noted on the delivery note corresponds to the quantity of packages delivered and signed for. Please note the quantity of packages on the delivery note along with the signature. Please also note on the delivery note any damages to the packaging and content if applicable.

We will not charge you for the cost of returning them so long as the product is returned using our carrier’s account, details of which will accompany the delivery.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Our aim is always to provide an impeccable service to our clients. If you wish to contact us in relation to our service please do so either by telephone, fax or e-mail. We would be delighted to hear from you regarding any concerns you might have.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint regarding any aspect of our service we kindly request that you contact us in writing stating your full contact details and indeed the nature of your complaint. We will always endeavor to resolve any complaints imminently and, in any event, we will reply to you within a time scale of three working days. If the matter raised requires further investigation on our part we will, in this instance, endeavor to contact you again within 14 working days of being in receipt of a complaint with the view to advise you as to how the matter is progressing.

In all circumstances we shall always endeavor to deal and resolve any complaints promptly and effectively.

PRIVACY AND DATE PROTECTION:

Purchasing products from us will require you to provide us with your name, address and other relevant details. We are registered as a data user under the Data Protection Act 1984 with the UK Data Protection Registrar. All the information we keep is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Acts. The information we receive from customers is subject to statutory controls.

Interior Internet Ltd uses customer’s data for the exclusive purpose of a client’s order and sole internal use.
